The Access KPI portal is a centralized platform for PT Krakatau Pipe Industries vendors to easily and securely access transaction information, project documents, and various other services.

To change your email,after login please go to the My Profile menu, then select "Change Email" option. You will be asked to verify through both your old and new email.

All project-related documents, including contracts, can be found in the Project Management menu. Select the relevant project, then navigate to the "Documents" tab.

Document access is managed based on your account privileges and project status. If you believe you should have access, please contact our support team through the Help menu.

To register as a vendor, visit the Vendor Registration page and complete the online form. Make sure to upload all required documents such as company profile, NPWP, and business licenses before submitting.

Vendor verification typically takes 3–5 business days after all documents are submitted correctly. You will be notified by email and whatsapp once your account is approved or if additional information is required.

All ongoing and upcoming procurement projects are listed in the E-Procurement or Tender section. You can view details and submit proposals directly through the platform.

No. All proposals, quotations, and related documents must be submitted online through this portal. Offline submissions will not be processed.

Yes. All registered vendors will receive email and in-platform notifications for new tenders, project updates, and other important announcements.
